– ES-C series condensers: dual-stage dehydration, ±0.2°C high-precision temperature control and fluorine-free variable-frequency technology, available in rack-mounted, wall-mounted, desktop and mini configurations;

Looking at the Russian market, Director Xu Yuqing put forward a development roadmap centered on “technological autonomy and cluster cooperation,” covering sales and export in the early stage, technology transfer and localized production in the later stage, joint R&D with Russian research institutions, the establishment of joint ventures, and cold-climate adaptation of equipment. The proposals sparked keen interest among Russian government and business representatives.

III. Mutual Benefit Through Open Cooperation

Following the presentation, the Moscow City Government’s investment promotion department proactively reached out for in-depth exchanges on cooperation in the environmental monitoring industry. The Russian side made clear its willingness to provide policy support for project implementation. On the company’s concerns about entering the Russian market — including legislation and regulation, certification and metrology, tariffs and customs, and special economic zone policies — the company received detailed answers. The Russian side also shared a list of 24 potential partner companies along with relevant regulations and policies, spanning thermal power, steel, cement, oil refining and petrochemicals, waste-to-energy, water utilities and environmental engineering.

Combined with the corporate resources provided by the Russian side: in 2025, Russia’s total imports of flue gas monitoring instruments reached 4.12 billion rubles, with China’s share surging from 11% in 2021 to 59%. Despite the rapid gain in market share, high-end online CEMS products still account for less than 15% of China’s exports to Russia, leaving enormous room for product upgrades.
